How does the process work?

1. Find the

perfect package


If you scroll below, you'll find a slideshow of our packages. Depending on what you're here for, you'll find the perfect one. It'll also give you an idea of the pricing and what is included.

2. Hit Book Now


Once you've found the perfect package for you, head over to our contact page, or click here.


You'll fill out the contact form to start chatting with me. I will then provide you available dates for the months you requested. Then we can discuss dates, times and locations!

3. Booking


To book your session you will need to place a non-refundable retainer. This depends on the package you chose below, all information is in the slideshows below. The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before your session date or your session will be canceled. We cannot photograph a session unless paid in full with a Signed Contract in place. All non-refundable retainers come with ONE free reschedule because we understand accidents happen! You're not booked unless you pay a non-refundable retainer and sign a contract.

Private Payment plans are available for remaining balances, don't hesitate to ask us about it!

4. Get Excited


Once you're all booked in, its time to wait and get excited for the big day! Keep an eye on your email for any changes or for important information regarding your session.

This session type is the best for Single Person Portrait Sessions. This can be beauty, headshots, creative, maternity, cake smashes, birthday, senior photos, etc.
Includes 30 minute session with 1 Outfit Change & A Fully Edited Gallery.

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

Alexys Bergeron Designs has a turnaround time of 1 week, but usually less than a week!

What is the best time of the day for a session?

Alexys prefers to shoot at Golden Hour due to getting the most gorgeous lighting and dramatic photos for your lifelong memories. If Golden Hour doesn't work for you, let's help you find a better time!

What is my non-refundable retainer?

Our 30 Minute sessions require a $100 Non-refundable retainers, and our 60 Minute sessions require a $150 Non-refundable retainer. These are taken at booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE. They are what hold your time & date. They offer one free reschedule as well. Weather, accidents and photographers fault DO NOT count towards the free reschedule.

How does the Online Gallery work?

After your session, we carefully go through and delete any images that are blurry, duplicates or do not hold up to Alexys' standard. Alexys will usually edit two of each pose, one in color and one in Black & White so you have endless choices. You can download your images straight from your gallery. Once galleries are downloaded they become non-refundable. Galleries are in storage for up to 1 year from your session time and date. After that, they are removed from our systems to make room for new memories. Until then, you can purchase any additional digitals.

What do you edit in photos?

We edit out blemishes such as acne, cuts, bruises. We DO NOT edit stretch marks, or alter clients bodies in ANY way, shape, or form.
